Mission Statement The Henderson Health Care Foundation is a not-for-profit, tax exempt corporation whose membership is made up of individuals from the community who are dedicated to seeking contributions for the creation and maintenance of an endowment fund that will assure community centered health care to Henderson and surrounding areas for future generations. The Henderson Health Care Foundation is the contribution and endowment generating arm for Henderson Health Care Services, Inc. The Foundation has actively promoted and helped make possible several health care improvements including the assisted living facility and the medical clinic. They have also helped fund numerous projects including the mammogram machine, x-ray machine and generator. They are currently soliciting funds for a new hospital building addition. The following presentation outlines the benefits of donating to the current hospital addition. Hospital Donation Presentation Gifts may be in the form of cash, valuable personal property, real estate and/or life insurance. All of these offer the contributor many opportunities for estate and tax planning. Your legal and financial adviser should be consulted for the current regulations and the best alternative to meet your needs, while at the same time supporting Henderson Health Care Foundation. Henderson Health Care Foundation PO Box 344 Henderson, NE 68371 EIN: 47-0794089 1st Annual Golf Tournament The 1st Annual Henderson Health Care Foundation Golf Tournament will take place Friday, August 27, at Galaway Creek Golf Course to raise funds for projects within Henderson Health Care Services, Inc. that help to improve the medical care available to Henderson, Sutton and the surrounding communities. This year the tournament will help with the finalization costs associated with the Hospital Expansion Project. This addition includes a Labor and Delivery Suite, three private patient rooms, emergency room, waiting room, and nurses station. We hope that you will consider having a team or sponsoring the event. You can also contribute by donating a gift for our raffle or flag prizes. Galaway Creek Golf Course is a nine hole course with sporting grass greens and watered fairways that cover just over 2,600 yards. The tournament will start at 12:00 Noon with lunch provided during registration at 11 a.m. There will be flag prizes, raffles and flight awards during the tournament. We hope you can join us for a good time as we raise money for a great facility.
