Lab Services
The Henderson Community Hospital lab performs routine and emergency laboratory testing, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on modern, state-of-the-art automated equipment. Our laboratory professionals work closely with the medical staff to provide excellent clinical and anatomic pathology services to both hospitalized patients and outpatients.
The laboratory is committed to meeting the ever-changing healthcare needs of our community through continual education, process improvement and adoption of new technologies. Our role in community health and wellness is providing quality diagnostic services with efficiency and accuracy.
Our experienced professional staff provides a full menu of laboratory tests in the areas of bacteriology, chemistry, coagulation, cytology, hematology, immunology, immunohematology, microbiology, tissue pathology, coagulation and urinalysis. HHC offers fully accredited transfusion services; blood bank; all blood types are on hand to cover most emergency situations.
The Henderson Health Care lab is accredited by the College of American Pathologists (CAP) and is CLIA (Clinical Laboratory Improvement Act) licensed.
