The first baby to be born in York County, in the year 2024, has arrived!
Little Harper Layne Hiebner came into the world at 7:33 a.m., on Wednesday, Jan. 3, at Henderson Health Care.
She is the daughter of Matthew and Tiffany Hiebner. She is the granddaughter of Rick and Kristy Hiebner and Gary and Marci Huxman. Great-grandparents are Tom and Rubena Hiebner, Karen Oates, and Wanetta Huxman.
Harper is also the first baby to her parents.
She weighs eight pounds and one ounce . . . and she is 20 inches long.
